I am the President of Kingswood Condos Phase 1 in Stuart Florida. We have used Whiting roofing exclusively for over a decade. We just had 8 of our roofs ripped down to the plywood and re-surfaced in the summer of 2024. We also replaced the shingles on our mansards.
Whiting showed up on time and had large crews working long hours to compete the job. Charlie, Christine and Ginger always responded quickly and kept us informed with the progress. When things go well most companies can earn a good review. It’s when there is some unseen or unavoidable problem that a company shows their true colors. We had an unexpected rain that damaged condos the day the roof was removed on one of the buildings. Whiting had the drying company there in hours installing the needed equipment for stage 1 of repairs. They took responsibility and took care of the repairs to the full satisfaction of the owners. They were in constant contact with me and my owners. Whiting really stepped up to the plate.
It is important to have texts returned quickly. Emails answered quickly and good repair men on sight. They did all of the above. We were sad the rain came that day, but so relieved we had hired a professional responsible company.

We own and manage commercial properties including shopping centers and office buildings. Most of these structures have Whiting roofs on them, using the SPF systems. We have been very pleased with the application done for us and how well the roof systems have held up. We have been through 3 hurricanes on these roofs, each about 10 years old. We have had no damage through any hurricanes, and we are pleased with the SPF system. We recommend them to any of our property owners.

I’ve dealt with the Whiting team in excess of 10 years, and have had numerous roofing systems installed. I find that the SPF roofing system is the only thing that works for us and we now specify the SPF roofing system and Whiting as the contractor. Through the hurricanes, we never experienced a loss on any of our SPF roofs. Anything that wasn’t SPF—roofs were damaged. They’re a top shelf company and great to deal with.
