These images are an excellent example of what can be done to an old tar and gravel roof with SPF. The image on top shows the upper level of the facility with a 20 year old tar & gravel roof system. The image below shows the same roof after installation of the polyurethane. You can see that the first coat of the elastomeric coating has been applied to the flashings and the roof now awaits installation of the gravel. This new SPF roof will continue to service the facility, presumably for the life of the building.
